While there is some useful nutritional information in this book, I think that the book is misleading in several ways and I don’t think it was worth the purchase.

    Terrific!
I have tried many low carb recipes, but Dana Carpender’s are the best. There are no really weird ingredients, they are easy to prepare, and so far they all taste great.

I was disappointed in this cookbook, I am on a strict fat/calorie regimen per day and it seemed this book was not very diet friendly.
